Complex Says: The Eldorado Biarritz was epic and over the top in every way. Not only was it a Cadillac, which is over the top in name alone, but it had huge tail fins, massive amounts of chrome, and covered rear wheels in order to streamline the look. The advertisements said that it was, "the new standard of the world in splendor," and we're inclined to say they were right. This thing had more presence than any other American car that had ever been built, and it has yet to be surpassed.
